The plan called for MLR 13. My left big toe was not having any of that. It started acting up at the end of mile 6. I decided to cut the run short. I have also decided to switch to the plan with fewer miles. It also has one less day of running per week than the other plan. Hopefully, that will make my left big toe feel better.
