The new plan has way fewer miles so I will probably increase some of the miles. That is why I ran 5 miles today instead of 4 miles. In any event, it was a lousy run. I took a couple days off, so it should have been a walk in the park - but it was not. My GCT balance was over to the left and I was having trouble staying awake!
