After a successful week of running I felt beat up on Monday. My legs felt just fine, however, my back was out and the rest of my body didn't feel right. My chiropractor adjusted L5 on Monday but my back was still bugging me. He adjusted L4 on Thursday and that seemed to do the trick.
I finally ran again today, Friday. My legs and cardio are in shape to ramp up the mileage but I do not think the rest of my body is ready. I have decided to do a lower mileage training cycle. If successful, all of my should be ready to ramp up the mileage for the next cycle.
