Off To A Good Start


My physical activity for Monday (yesterday) was to put some more air in my exercise ball. I did very well in the eating department. It is still too soon to weigh myself but I am committed to getting my nutrition back on track with a focus on eating more healthily and the proper amount of calories.

For the first five house on my run I thought I made the wrong decision to go for a run. My legs remembered how to work a few houses later. I am glad I decided to run today.


Notes on my workout:
Rec 1.5. DOMs in upper quads. Almost regretted the decision to run but all was well after about 0.10 miles.
