Checking In

Yesterday, I did not do any physical activity. Today I did core and stretching. I am still on track with eating.

Tomorrow, I plan on running with SRLA. I am not sure how long their run is but I am guessing it is around 9 miles. If all goes well, I will try to push my pace.

I will probably start counting calories on Monday and will start doing weigh-ins next Sunday. I will not get obsessed with weight and will judge my progress based on how my pants fit!
