I officially started logging calories today. It helps me stay more focused when I can see numbers. And I actually did a preliminary weigh in yesterday (on the non-Wi-Fi scale). It was exactly where I thought it would be - 175.0 lbs. Based on that, I get about 1,450 net calories a day.
Yesterday I did not feel like doing my strength workout. I put it off for a long time but finally ended up doing it. I still did not to the leg strength part so I did not take that long.
At this point, it is more about getting back to the proper size than it is about running faster.
I just need to stay focused and not get injured.
